Online payments are handled through Shopify Payments. The exact payment methods available for an individual order are displayed securely at checkout.

8. Delivery Area

We currently offer online delivery within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not included under the current shipping policy.

9. Shipping Time

Normal processing is 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, giving an estimated total of approximately 3–6 business days.

10. Local Collection

Free local collection may be selected only where it appears as an available option at checkout. Do not travel to collect an order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible online purchases are subject to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. The stated cancellation / return period is 14 days and the stated refund-processing target is 5–10 business days, subject to applicable statutory deadlines.
