1. How Order Tracking Works

Tracking availability depends on the delivery service used for the order. Where tracking is available, the relevant link or reference will normally be provided after dispatch.

2. Order Confirmation

After a successful order, you should receive confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout. Keep your order number for support enquiries.

3. Processing Status

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking may not yet be available while an order is being prepared.

4. Dispatch Confirmation

Once the order has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch email. If the service is tracked, the tracking details should appear there or in your order information.

5. Delivery After Dispatch

Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days.

6. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The combined processing and delivery estimate is approximately 3–6 business days.

7. Tracking Has Not Updated

Carrier systems can take time to display the first scan or a later movement. Allow a reasonable period for tracking to refresh before assuming the parcel is lost.

8. Late Delivery

If the expected delivery window has passed, check any tracking information and then contact us with your order number.

9. Collection Orders

Orders selected for free local collection do not require parcel tracking. Wait for a Ready for Collection confirmation before travelling to the collection location.

10. Delivered but Not Found

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery location, household members, safe-place information and any notice left by the delivery provider before contacting us.

11. Incorrect Tracking Information

If a tracking link appears to relate to the wrong order or address, contact us so that we can review the dispatch information.
