All products are subject to availability. Some items may be unique or limited in quantity and can become unavailable before an order is accepted.

Online payments are handled through Shopify Payments. The payment options available to an individual customer are displayed at checkout.

7. Order Refusal or Cancellation by Us

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery cannot reasonably be completed or an obvious listing error has occurred. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be handled appropriately.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

9. Delivery Charge

UK standard delivery is free on every order.

10. Processing and Delivery Times

Normal processing is 1–2 business days and delivery after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, giving an estimated total of 3–6 business days.

11. Local Collection

Free local collection may be selected where it is displayed as an available option during checkout. Do not travel until you receive confirmation that the order is ready.

12. Risk and Delivery

Responsibility for goods passes in accordance with applicable law. Customers should provide accurate delivery information and take reasonable steps to receive or collect their order.

13. Cancellation Rights

The stated cancellation / return period for eligible online purchases is 14 days, subject to the exclusions and conditions permitted by law.

14. Returns

Contact us before returning goods. Because no blanket return-postage rule was supplied for this store, the appropriate return method and responsibility for costs will be confirmed based on the reason for return and applicable law.

15. Refunds

Our stated refund-processing target is 5–10 business days, subject to applicable statutory deadlines. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

16. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
